Here is my unboxing video of them:
Bought these for my dad, whilst trying to find some earphones for him. I was looking at earphones in the under £20 category, and these at first seemed to fit the bill.
Pros:
-Isolation is good on these, not perfect but above average
-Price is relatively cheap, so that anyone can really afford them
-3.5mm L shaped jack
-Accessories it comes with is vast, and very much impressive
-Bass response is good, little bloated, and not as good as the metro fi200’s but still very much bass present
-Design is brilliant, one of few that I can recommend to people to sleep on/with
-Comfort is great, as they are so small that they get “lost” in your ears, and don’t fall out
Cons:
-Mids are present, however a little too forward for me
-Highs are a little too bright, to the point that they were hurting my ears (after 20hrs burn-in)
-Volume control is a little flimsy and in my opinion not even needed
Sound Quality Ratings
Lows: 6.5/10
Mids: 5/10
Highs: 6/10
Soundstage: 6/10
Conclusion:
For the price, these are great earphones, possibly a little bright for some people’s liking, however if you are in the hunt for under £20 earphones, it would be between these, the CX400II’s (their newer replacement) and the Denon AH-C260’s
